We are having a costume contest to kick off our 'Home for the Holidays' campaign! Join us in downtown Stillwater for the 19th annual Downtown Halloween Festival! There will be prizes for the winners, and treats for both 4-legged and 2-legged little ones. Judging for the pet costume contest will be at 7:30. We will be by Elite Repeat.
